Our Commitment

Every Celeste piece is made to order by our jewelers in Colombo and is carefully inspected before dispatch. We want you to treasure your piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

  • The piece is unworn and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, including the Celeste box, pouch, and certificate, is included
  • The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • The item was purchased directly through celestejewels.flisoft.agency

Not Eligible for Return

  • Bespoke and made-to-order pieces engraved or personalised to your specification
  • Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or alteration
  • Pieces returned without their original packaging or certificate
  • Returns initiated after the 14-day window has elapsed
  • Items purchased through third-party stockists

How to Return

Contact Us

Email hello@celeste.jewels with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within one business day.

Receive Your Label

We will email you a prepaid, insured return shipping label. Returns are collected at no cost to you.

Pack & Send

Carefully pack your piece in its original Celeste packaging. Drop the parcel at your nearest collection point within 5 days of receiving your label.

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect the piece, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow:

Credit / Debit Card

3–5 business days to appear on your statement after we process the refund.

Bank Transfer

Up to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Original Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. If you paid a shipping fee, this will also be refunded in full.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a full replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you — regardless of whether the item is a standard or bespoke piece.

Damaged items caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidents after delivery are not covered under our refund policy, but may be eligible for our repair service. Please contact us to discuss.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different piece, please initiate a return for a full refund and place a new order. Our team is happy to assist you with product recommendations — simply reach out.
