Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Every Celeste piece is made to order. Once you place your order, our jewelers in Colombo begin work within 24 hours. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production, followed by shipping.

All shipments are fully insured and dispatched with a trackable express courier. You will receive a dispatch notification and tracking link by email.

Packaging

Each piece arrives in a Celeste keepsake box, wrapped in tissue and sealed with our wax stamp. Every order includes a certificate of origin for the gemstone(s) and a care card. Gift messaging is available at checkout at no extra cost.

Returns

We want you to love your piece. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please write to us at hello@celeste.jewels with your order number. We will provide a prepaid shipping label within one business day.

Please note: bespoke and made-to-order pieces engraved or personalised to your specification are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Duties & Taxes

Prices are listed exclusive of import duties and local taxes, which vary by destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the point of delivery. We recommend checking your country's import threshold before ordering.
