Cleaning
Gently clean your piece with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear. For a deeper clean, soak for 10 minutes in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap, then brush lightly with a soft toothbrush and rinse thoroughly. Pat dry before storing.
What to Avoid
Remove your jewelry before applying perfume, lotions, hairspray, or sunscreen — chemicals can dull gemstone brilliance and weaken gold over time. Avoid wearing pieces in pools, the sea, or during vigorous exercise.
Storage
Store each piece individually in its Celeste pouch or box to prevent scratching. Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity. A small silica packet in your jewelry box helps prevent tarnish.
Your Gemstones
Sri Lankan sapphires, rubies, and alexandrites are among the hardest natural gemstones and are highly durable for daily wear. However, even hard stones can chip if struck sharply — remove your jewelry before heavy physical activity.
Gold Care
All Celeste pieces are crafted in 14k or 18k recycled solid gold — not plated, not filled. Solid gold will not peel or fade, but it can develop a natural patina over time that many collectors consider part of the beauty.
